The Women Cell addresses all issues related to the women staff and students of the college. It operates as a structured committee comprising two women teachers, one woman member from the non-teaching staff, and one woman student representative. Gender Sensitization remains the primary core objective of the cell.

The cell actively encourages female students and staff members to confidently participate in all cultural, academic, and leadership activities across the campus.

Through regular mentorship, strategic guidance, and personalized professional counseling, the cell inspires them to achieve robust empowerment both socially and financially.

The committee spreads deep awareness regarding social responsibilities and provides unwavering mental, legal, and emotional support to stand against harassment, fostering strength for women within the institution and broader society.

👥 Continuous Support: In addition to the central committee setup, dedicated lady faculty members across all individual departments regularly counsel and guide women students.
