An expert lecture was organized at RPS Degree College by the Department of Zoology in collaboration with the Institution's Innovation Council (IQAC). The lecture, delivered by Dr. Prem Singh Yadav, focused on "In-Vitro Fertilization in Humans and Animals - Advancement and Social Implications." He highlighted recent developments in reproductive technologies and their societal impact. The session provided valuable insights to students and encouraged scientific awareness and critical thinking in emerging biological fields.

A One-day special workshop was organized at RPS Degree College by the Department of Zoology. The workshop focused on "Awareness about Career Opportunities Beyond Borders," where experts guided students about emerging career paths in science and other fields at national and international levels. The sessions emphasized the importance of thinking beyond traditional career options and preparing for global opportunities.
Speakers encouraged students to broaden their perspectives, enhance their skills, and stay updated with modern scientific developments. Faculty members, including Dr. Manoj Kumar Yadav and other coordinators, actively participated and motivated students to explore diverse career avenues. The workshop aimed to help students make informed career choices and become globally competitive.

Dr. Vipin shared his views on controlling strategies of cancer and pathways to develop employment in the research field. The session was highly informative for future innovators.
